Overview
New Activity Description

Objectives

This activity was designed to:
  1. Utilize a multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and management of patients in order to enhance clinical skills, knowledge, and the practice of Obstetrics/Gynecology.
  2. Apply current updates based on literature and professional experience to enhance quality patient care by providing new modalities in patient management.
  3. Discuss current clinical guidelines and evidence based medicine in order to change or modify clinical pathways in patient care which will improve outcomes for patients with obstetric/gynecologic disease.
  4. Recognize and discuss problems, high risk situations and sentinel events in order to identify patterns or recurring problems so that improvements can be implemented.

The Anne Arundel Medical Center is accredited by MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
